Book an appointment to meet with our designer, Chayle Bowen, to discuss custom wedding bands, engagement rings, and unique designs. Each step of the design and production process will be approved before moving forward, so you are assured that your piece will be exactly the way you like.

We offer in-person viewing of our designs for our local clients, along with mail delivered samples for our out-of-town clients.

ORDERING SAMPLES
For out of town clients, samples are available to order and try on via mail. Ring sizing can also be done via mail, by mailing the plastic sizing rings to try on and meeting virtually to discuss the best size for you.

IN-PERSON PICKUP
For pickup of your custom design jewellery, wedding bands, or engagement ring. For all other orders, we prefer to mail your parcel for efficiency.
WARRANTY & RESIZING
For warranty repairs or resizing of jewellery that we have made. For in town clients, please book under the pick-up calendar. For out-of-town clients, please book a Zoom call if you wish to discuss the warranty or resizing before mailing your piece to us.

Chayle Bowen completed her BFA at NSCAD University (Halifax), specializing in metalsmithing, printmaking, and book arts.
After graduation, she worked in the jewellery industry as a goldsmith and designer, became a sessional jewellery instructor at the Ottawa School of Art, and completed artist residencies at the Estonian Academy of Arts (Tallinn), Sparkbox Studio (Picton), and Art Engine (Ottawa). Additionally, she completed an internship with Estonian jewellery artist and MA professor Tanel Veenre (Tallinn).
Her artist jewellery has been exhibited nationally and internationally in juried shows.
Currently, she is owner and designer of “Chayle Jewellery Studio”, established 2013 in Ottawa.
Our office for meetings is located in a co-working office space call "Head Office". It is located in the end unit of 430 Hazeldean Road, Kanata (Ottawa). Free parking is available in the parking lot in front of our building.
