The goal of this engagement and wedding band set, was to reuse her heirloom diamonds from her mother and grandmother's rings. Her new ring needed to perfectly balance this personal sentiment with everyday elegance and comfort. Using smooth bezel settings, a flush setting and a low profile design, the ring was practical for everyday use while also creating a bold statement.

We started by exploring several design variations to capture the perfect flow and contour. Wanting to ensure the piece felt organic yet refined, we settled on a fluid wave silhouette crafted to sit comfortably while making a bold statement.

To bring the vision to life, we rendered the piece in 3D so they could visualize the design. I photoshopped the design onto an image of her hand, so she could get a better sense of the proportions. Once the design was approved, it went off for casting and was carefully polished and hand-finished in the studio. The final result was a stunning, fluid wave band that captures both light and motion—a truly unique piece made to be cherished for a lifetime.
